Hi, I'm Olivia
I am a Birth Doula serving women in Lebanon, Berks, and Lancaster County Pennsylvania. I am a wife and mother to one (soon to be 2!). I birthed my first baby last year in a totally self supported, wildly transformative and empowering freebirth. To say that I fell in love with birth is an understatement. I simply can't wait to do it again!
I have been a health and mindset coach for many years as well as a private chef to celebrities and CEO's all over the country. I also host health and wellness retreats several times a year here at my home in Central, PA.
After finding out I was pregnant in 2023 I knew immediately I wanted to navigate the entirety of my pregnancy and birth on my own. I knew what my body was capable of. I knew the perfection of its design after many years of studying health and healing. And I simply knew.....I could do it.
And I did. And through that process I knew my work would expand to include supporting women in having their own beautiful pregnancies and homebirths. And so, I'm here!
My goal as your doula is to support you and your desires for your birth fully and completely. I believe in birth. Deeply. Innately. And spiritually. I believe in you. I believe in your baby. In fact, you might be hard pressed to find someone who believes in the perfection of natural, physiological birth more than I do.
I know you can have the birth of your dreams. I just know it. And I'm here to support you.
What is a doula and why hire one?
Simply put a doula is a professional who offers emotional, physical, informational, as well as partner and family support through the pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.
This doula (me), believes deeply that birth is NOT a medical event, but rather a transformative journey. As your doula I will stand as your unwavering advocate, ensuring your feel safe, supported and totally informed through every stage of the process.
